 History of Pedagogy and Psychology:

Department of Pedagogy and Psychology was established in 1966. The main scientific problem is "The theory and practice of formation of professional culture of the future teacher". The department has been working since 1966. T, Tsoy Gennady, JulanovQ. A, Arimboev S, Abdukarimov H. O. Suvonov, G.. Under the leadership of professor-teachers like Davirova. During the independence period, 5 candidate dissertations were defended. Members of the department are active in educational and social spheres. Their pedagogical activity is highly appreciated by the state. G. Davrova was awarded the Dostlik order, H.Abdukarimov, A. Ahmedov, O. Suvonov, A. Fadeev were awarded with the "Excellence in Public Education" badges. The members of the department published dozens of monographs, hundreds of scientific and methodical articles.

Since 2016, the department has been working as a psychologist. Associate Professor Kholnazarova Matluba Kholbutaevna is the head of the department.
