HISTORY OF THE FACULTY OF ART SCIENCES

In accordance with the order of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Mirziyoyev in the 9^th videoconference session from March 19, 2019, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education No. 404 of May 2, 2019, there were established departments such as "Musical Education", "Fine Arts and Engineering Graphics" at Gulistan State University. 

The department collaborates with leading universities, such as State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, Tashkent State Institute of Culture and Arts and Tashkent State Pedagogical University.

CREATIVE LIFE OF THE FACULTY

Students of the faculty have won many national music competitions. Also, the honored artist of Uzbekistan Abdullaeva Ozoda Muminjanovna and many experienced teachers and graduates of art schools who teach students the basics of music and art are working at the department. In the 2019-2020 academic year, the department has extracurricular clubs such as “Theatrical art”, “Makomchilar”, “Dutorchilar”, and “Doirachilar”. Talented club members present their interesting concert programs to cadets of military universities.

The department "Fine Arts and Engineering Graphics" includes educational areas in the fine arts and engineering graphics, painting, applied art, where young people participated in various exhibitions and competitions in the field of fine arts and also won them. In particular, our students took an active part in the annual Festival of Fine Arts, which takes place in April every year.

The department has two members of the Union of Artists of the Academy of Arts of Uzbekistan and many prominent specialists in their profession.
