Professors and teachers of the Pedagogical Faculty of Gulistan State University carry out their activities at meetings of citizens of fifteen mahallas of the Sardoba region according to the principle “One intellectual - one spiritual patron of one mahallas”.

Within the framework of this project, it is planned to carry out the following works:

 Promotion of reforms in our country,

 Promotion of 5 important initiatives in makhallas;

 Promote spiritual and educational activities at every social event;

 Provide citizens with appropriate advice and direct them to the relevant organizations and departments;

 Provide moral support in problematic issues;

 Study the situation of disadvantaged and divorced families in need of social protection for families, disadvantaged, disabled people and work with officials;

 Consultations on labor migration, prevention of human trafficking and human rights;

 Promote community sports and reading events for youth competitions, contests and games;

 Encourage young people to go to higher education;

 Promotion of the best families in the community;

 Organization of trips of local youth to universities, attracting students to higher education;

 Assistance in deregistration of families, youth and women included in the “Iron Book”, “Youth Book” and “Women's Book”;
