G.K. Tukhtamyshova studied at Gulistan State University between 2011–2015, majoring in "Technology of Production, Storage, and Processing of Agricultural Products" for her Bachelor's degree.
In 2015–2017, she studied for her Master's degree at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology in the specialty "Food Technology (by types of products)" and received her Master's degree.
On December 28, 2023, at the meeting of the Scientific Council for conferring scientific degrees at the Bukhara Engineering-Technological Institute, she successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Technical Sciences in the specialty 02.00.17 – "Technologies and Biotechnologies of Processing, Storage, and Processing of Agricultural and Food Raw Materials" on the topic "Improving the Technology of Processing Local Grain Using Ultra-High-Frequency Radiation."

She regularly upgraded her pedagogical and professional qualifications in the field of "Food Technology (by types of products)" at the Industry Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Personnel under the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology. In particular, in 2019, 2023, and 2026, she participated in professional development courses in this field, where she updated her knowledge and skills in modern achievements of food technology, advanced pedagogical approaches, and the improvement of the educational process.
