In order to ensure the implementation of the tasks set forth in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 31, 2023, No. 81 “On Measures to Transform the Field of Ecology and Environmental Protection and to Organize the Activities of Authorized State Bodies,” to enhance young people’s legal awareness and legal culture in the field of ecology, to ensure the rule of law and strengthen legality, as well as to educate youth in the spirit of respect for the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other legislative acts, to foster respect for the national legal system, to develop legal immunity against factors negatively affecting legal education, and to cultivate intolerance toward violations of the law, the republican contest “Do You Know Environmental Laws?” is being held.
