2. The package of documents submitted by the applicants to the admission committee:

Application to the rector on the name of the specialty, the language and form of training;
High education material and its application is original;
086 / U-medical certificate;
Copy of passport;
6 photos with a resolution of 3.5x4.5 cm;
folder (skorosshivatel) 2 pcs, envelope 2 pcs
In addition, the applicant personally documents the passport and the military service certificate.
