Accounting directly submits to the Director of the Regional Center.

The functions of the accounting are as follows:

*Accounting according to existing normative-legal acts, as well as creation of accounts using modern technical means and information technologies;

*Timely and accurate accounting of accounting documents and legitimacy of operations performed;

*Ensuring the proper use of budget and extra-budgetary funds for specific targets set forth in the cost estimates, as well as ensuring the integrity of monetary and material values;

*Timely calculation of salaries and compensations of employees of the Regional Center;

*Timely execution of settlements with legal entities and individuals that arise in the course of the budget execution;

*Participation in the inventory of funds, settlements and material values, as well as other assets and liabilities, timely and accurate formalization of inventory results, and their reflection in accounting;

*To carry out explanatory work for the material persons to maintain and keep the integrity of the material values ​​that are their responsibility;

*Accounting of powers of attorney for the acquisition of material valuables and their proper use;

*Preparation and submission of financial statements in due time;

*Establishment of Expenditure Estimates and Appendices to be approved by the Director of the Regional Center;

*Ensuring the safety of accounting documents, accounting records, as well as expenditure estimates;

*Accounting may also include other functions envisaged by the legislation.
