The International Slavic University (ISU)
The
International Slavic University (ISU) "G. R. Derzhavin" is a private
higher education institution in North Macedonia. Established in 2004, it
operates with a focus on Slavic culture and international academic cooperation.
• Locations: The university has two main
campuses:
◦ Sveti Nikole: The primary campus and
administrative seat.
◦
Bitola: A secondary campus established in 2006 to accommodate growing interest.
•
Academic Structure: It comprises 5 facultiesand 2 research institutes:
◦ Faculty of Psychology
◦ Faculty of Economics and Organization of
Entrepreneurship
◦ Faculty of Law
◦ Faculty of Technical Sciences (Computer
Science)
◦ Faculty of Safety Engineering
• Student Body: Approximately 2,000 to 2,500
active students are enrolled across various undergraduate and master's
programs.
• Accreditation: Programs are accredited by
the Ministry of Education and Science of North Macedonia and follow the Bologna
Declaration(European Credit Transfer System - ECTS).
• International Presence: ISU is active in the
Erasmus+ program, partnering with universities in Bulgaria, Poland, Italy, and
Spain. It also offers joint doctoral and master's opportunities with
institutions in Slovenia and Bulgaria.

Facilities & Services
• Resources: Students have access to an
E-librarywith over 10,000 titles and an E-learning platform for free course
materials.
• Amenities: Both campuses include conference
halls, student cafes, restaurants, and a student radio station.
• Student Life: The ISU Students'
Associationorganizes cultural events, seminars, and charity projects.
