Construction of a student dormitory

ATTENTION OF ENTREPRENEURS AND INVESTORS!

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 563 dated September 9, 2021 “On measures to increase the level of student accommodation in higher educational institutions of the Republic” was adopted. This resolution stipulates the construction of student dormitories on the basis of public-private partnership by attracting private investments.

A private initiative, including a project concept, was submitted to Gulistan State University by the private initiative “CAREFUL BULDERS” LLC. This project plans to construct and organize the operation of a student dormitory for 400 places on the territory of Gulistan State University (0.3 hectares).

The selection of a private partner for the project will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Public-Private Partnership” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 720 “On measures to further improve and comprehensively systematize the sphere of public-private partnership” dated October 30, 2024.
