At the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, 22 professors work in the main staff. Forty-five students in the field of pedagogy and psychology were registered as gifted students, each attached to a faculty member. Talented students publish scientific articles with their teachers throughout the year.

There are 4 clubs in the department. 18 students will take part in the circle "Young artists", the head Ra'no Sulaymanova, 30 students will take part in the circle "young psychologists", the head U.Shukurova, 22 students will take part in the circle "fountain of thinking", leader F. Babajanova, 24 students will take part in the circle of "young researchers", leader G.Tashmatova.
