Information about the Marketing Services department activity 

The Department of Marketing Services of the Higher Education Institution. The Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law "On Education" envisage resolutions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on providing economic sectors with qualified personnel, acting on the basis of relevant legal and regulatory acts in the field of education.

Purpose and tasks of marketing department:

Formation of a database on the basis of the study of the needs of enterprises, institutions and organizations for highly qualified personnel prepared at the university;

Facilitating the development and improvement of market equity in the field of education, forming a real "Portfolio of orders" for bachelors and masters alumni based on the demand for young professionals;

Establish long-term and annual contracts for supplying consumers with competitive specialists;

Providing  specific information to the Ministry's special commission at the appointed timeframe on the current year graduates of the Ministry of Education, educational institutions (organizations), education,

Increasing the competitiveness of higher education institutions in the conditions of market economy through creation of paid educational services:

Consideration of the recommendation and proposals of the young specialist on the distribution of graduates by the Consumer and Specialty Departments from the current situation;

Conclusion of contracts with students or industrial enterprises studying on a contractual basis;

Establishment and final distribution of Alumni Job Creation Committee and finalizing and summarizing alumni individual distribution reports;

Applying to the Commission of Higher Education for review and decision-making by young professionals who have been distributed by the Distribution Commission to the decision-making process, redistribution, or redistribution of the required employment;

Establishment of contacts with young specialists who have been employed for the current year and for the previous years, providing them with practical and methodological assistance, consulting and summarizing their results;

The implementation of the admission plan for the new academic year (allocation of state grants and payment acceptance plans, received applications, contests, the number of admissions students, their courses, trends in education, language of instruction, etc.);

To conclude contracts with the state grants in the new academic year for 3 years at the place of work distribution after graduation from higher educational institutions;

Employers (consumers) receive information about alumni through the media (newspapers, magazines, radio, electronic communications, web-sites) Disclosure of information;

Providing information on the real needs of the staff and the results of the final distribution of the graduates to the relevant ministry (agency) and Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education;

Ensure participation of the higher educational institution at republican, regional and international exhibitions and fairs in order to demonstrate opportunities and advantages of alumni undergraduate and graduate specialties;

Distribution and placement of graduates in undergraduate and graduate specialties, organization and internal reporting of higher education institutions on the results of young professionals' work, preparation of the annual report of the marketing service department.
