On March 5, 2021, the Information Resource Center of Gulistan State University and the Department of Research and Innovation organized a training seminar for young researchers, doctoral students and masters on "Activities and opportunities of the international information company" Springer Nature ". The seminar was attended by more than 50 young researchers, doctoral students and masters. The seminar was opened by the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation A. Suleymanov.

O.Okyigitov, Director of the Information Resource Center, introduced the participants of the seminar on "Activities and opportunities of the international information company" SpringerNature ". During the presentation, special information was provided on the history of the international information company Springer Nature, its opportunities and benefits. An agreement has been signed between the company and ministry, according to which about 70 higher education institutions will have free access to the company's resources (journals, books, scientific articles and other sources). Among these educational institutions there is an information and resource center GulSU, and using the computers of the center, researchers can download the necessary information, publish personal articles in journals with an impact factor, Scopus.
