The head of the working group was the head of the Central Sector of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Nazarov, as well as members of the working group H.Uzakov, M.Erkinov, B.Ruziyev. In accordance with the plan and task of monitoring the effectiveness of the Centers for Technology and Innovation Support, the Center for Technology and Innovation Support (hereinafter - TQQM) was established at Gulistan State University.
At the university, TIQQM is equipped with a separate room (in the main building), equipped with the necessary technical means to operate (computer, equipped with a printer and connected to the Internet).

In the first 11 months of 2021, TIQQM assisted in obtaining 7 patents and 35 applications. He has also published more than 190 articles in foreign scientific journals.
Paid and unpaid services provided to TIQQM users are governed by the TIQQM Charter.
In collaboration with the university’s science department, TIQQM has organized more than 10 events in 2021, reaching more than 700 young people.
