On May 17, 2022, at Gulistan State University, "We will build a new Uzbekistan with our own hands!" The regional stage of the Republican Essay Competition was held under the motto Students of Gulistan State University and Yangiyer branch of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology took part in the regional stage. Following the results of the competition, the following students were selected by the working group:

   1st place: Berdikulova Sevinch Tokhir qizi, 3rd year student of 71-19 group, "Economics" direction, Faculty of Socio-Economics, GulSU

   2nd place: Ibodullaeva Madina Muzaffar kyzy, 2nd year student of the Pedagogical Faculty of GulSU

   3rd place: Suyunov Ziyomuhammad Erkin oglu, GulSU Faculty of Socio-Economics, History 75-21 group 1st year student

The winning students received a ticket to the Republican stage of the essay competition.
