Allow me to congratulate you all on the 31st anniversary of our greatest and dearest holiday - the Independence Day!
It is not a secret that in the past period, during the main reforms of our honorable president, significant work was done to strengthen statehood, develop socio-economic and cultural sectors. Especially in the last 5 years, unprecedented reforms have been implemented in the history of New Uzbekistan. These changes have a significant impact on the educational process, including higher education. The number of higher education institutions in our country has increased dramatically, and the number of indicators of coverage of our dear children with higher education has increased significantly.
This year, our greatest and dearest holiday is the Independence Day "In the new Uzbekistan, people are dear, people are dear!" It is not for nothing that it is welcomed under the slogan. It is no secret to all of you that last year our people took part in a major political event - the election of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Our respected President Sh. Mirziyoyev participated in these political processes with his programs under the slogan "For human dignity". The naming of this slogan indicates that the priority direction of state policy is to put the value of every person in the first place in our country.
