As we previously reported, Z. Zikriyayev, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of Guliston State University, is currently on a business trip to Kazan Federal University.

In accordance with the plan of the visit, the next meetings were held with Renat Azimov, advisor to the rector of QFU for the Asian region, and representatives of the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance. At the meeting, the issues of introducing joint master's programs and organizing dissertation defenses for young researchers at QFU, as well as organizing internships for young professors and teachers of the Department of Economics of Gulistan State University at QFU were agreed. Another most important issue on today's agenda is the approval of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation regarding the equalization of the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) diplomas of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the Doctor of Science diploma of the Russian Federation and recognition of the QFU.
