On September 30, 2022, a festive event dedicated to "October 1-Teachers and Mentors Day" called "A dear and respected teacher" was held in the Palace of Culture of Gulistan State University. At the event, the rector of the university M. Khodzhiyev made a speech congratulating the team of professors and teachers on their professional holidays. At the event, a group of active pedagogues were awarded with souvenirs. In the artistic part of the festive evening, the performances of the "Syrdarya Navolari" group led by the artist Asatillo Kholikov, who served in Uzbekistan, were shown.
