On the basis of the principle "One intellectual is a spiritual patron of one neighborhood", propaganda events were held in Saykal neighborhood of Gulistan city.
The event was attended by I. Norbekov, head of the Gulistan City Branch of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, and Z. Toychiyeva, a teacher of the Department of Uzbek Linguistics of the Gulistan State University. Paying special attention to the issues of ensuring the stability of the socio-spiritual environment in the neighborhoods, it was noted that it is necessary to start unity in spiritual and educational work in the same places. A person is formed and matures in the family, and the family finds a place in the neighborhood, and the neighborhood, in turn, forms the basis of society.
