At the opening ceremony of the conference, Gulistan State University Rector M. Khodzhiyev and Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations Z. Zikriyayev spoke and expressed their opinion about the importance of the international scientific and practical conference.

Kalonov, Shymkent University (Kazakhstan) professor M. Rahimshikova, UzMU doctoral student B. Sharipov, professor M. Quizov National University ( Kyrgyz Republic) professor A. Dzhusubaliyev, professor of the JV Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. Bozorov gave a speech.
