Today, the 11th meeting of the Gulistan State University Council for the 2023/2024 academic year was organized in an extended manner. Rector of the University Ph.D. all vice-rectors, heads of departments and deans, heads of departments and professors took part in this Council meeting chaired by Professor M. T. Khodzhiyev. At this critical meeting, the results of the 2023/2024 academic year were summarized and the issues of thorough preparation for the new 2024/2025 academic year were discussed.

At the end of the 2023/2024 academic year, all vice-rectors submitted a report on educational-methodical, scientific-research and innovations, work with young people, and spiritual and educational issues. During the academic year, the departments and professors who were slacking off were discussed, the relevant officials were warned, and in order to eliminate the existing shortcomings, as well as thoroughly prepare for the new 2024/2025 academic year. Related assignments were given. At the council, Rector's adviser O. Inamov gave information on the issues of preventing crime among young people, preventing corruption and legal prevention. Also, the university's youth coach, professor R. Mahmudov, gave a lecture on the organization of spiritual and educational work with young people.

Decisions of the Council were made on the issues on the agenda.
