On 11.07.2024, a delegation of Yangling Vocational & Technical College, one of the prestigious educational institutions of the People's Republic of China, headed by Zhong Weizhou, the president, visited Gulistan State University.
The guests were welcomed by the representatives of the university team, headed by the rector of the university M. Khodjiyev, vice-rector Z. Zikriyayev, head of the International Relations Department G. Norimova and head of the Educational and Methodological Department I. Khudoyberdiyev, and held official talks.
During the negotiations, the issues of expanding mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at carrying out higher education and scientific research in the innovative direction on the basis of the developing relations between the two countries were discussed. The existing opportunities and potentials of the two partner educational institutions were analyzed.
At the end of the negotiations, the parties signed a memorandum aimed at developing the educational, scientific and innovative areas of cooperation in the future.
