Soft Skills Trainings for the Youth of Uzbekistan — Now at Gulistan State University!
Today, alongside technical knowledge, modern youth increasingly need soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and creative thinking.
To this end, within the framework of the “Uzbekistan Digital Inclusion” project and with the support of the World Bank, the Ministry of Digital Technologies, and IT Park Uzbekistan, a highly effective seminar-training dedicated to young people was held on October 10 at Gulistan State University.
The training sessions are led by Muzaffar Jalolov, Vice-Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy.
At the opening ceremony, Rector of Gulistan State University M. Khodjiyev emphasized that such initiatives broaden young people’s horizons and help them become competitive individuals in the labor market.
During the training, participants:
* learned the culture of communication and the art of persuasive speech;
* participated in practical exercises on making quick and correct decisions in challenging situations;
* shared experiences on the use of modern digital technologies.
This initiative is an important step toward shaping a new generation of youth — active and successful individuals in the digital world.
