On November 19, the semifinal matches in mini-football were held in the city of Gulistan as part of the republican stage of the “Five Initiatives” Olympiad.

The teams of Gulistan State University and Jizzakh Polytechnic Institute competed for a place in the final. In a tense and uncompromising match, the GulSU team secured victory and earned a spot in the final.

The Rector of Gulistan State University, M. Khodjiyev, congratulated the student-athletes on their victory and wished the team success in the final match.

Currently, the final matches in other sports disciplines of the “Five Initiatives” Olympiad are also being actively contested.
