A spiritual and educational event was held at the Palace of Culture of Gulistan State University under the motto “The Constitution — a guarantee of human dignity, freedom, equality, and justice!”

The event began with a sincere congratulatory speech by the university rector, M. Khodjiyev. Afterwards, Professor R. Mahmudov delivered a lecture explaining the essence, meaning, and role of the Constitution in society, using clear and practical examples.

Pro-rectors, deans, department heads, professors, and talented students who achieved high results throughout the year were honored during the event.

In the artistic part of the celebration, creative groups of the Faculty of Arts, skilled singers and musicians, as well as members of the Youth Union performed patriotic songs praising the Motherland, adding an uplifting spirit to the event.

The event fostered a stronger understanding of constitutional values within the university community and encouraged their practical application in daily life.
