As previously reported , the delegation of Gulistan State University led by Rector M. Khodjiyev is currently on an official visit to the People’s Republic of China.

In accordance with the visit program, representatives of the university held an official meeting and negotiations with the leadership of the Beifang automotive vocational education institution. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to the development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the fields of education, applied scientific collaboration, experience exchange, and workforce training.

Following the negotiations, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Gulistan State University and Beifang Automotive Education Group. The document aims to develop vocational education in the automotive industry, strengthen the integration of education and production, and train highly qualified specialists.

Within the framework of the memorandum, it is planned to establish an international-standard automotive training center at Gulistan State University, create modern laboratories and educational infrastructure, and jointly develop curricula and teaching materials.

In addition, the parties agreed on the phased implementation of faculty and specialist exchange programs, organization of professional development courses and internships in China, as well as joint certification of graduates and the awarding of international qualifications. The memorandum will serve as a basis for implementing joint projects and promoting academic mobility of faculty members and students.

Members of the delegation were provided with detailed information about the material and technical base, modern laboratories, and scientific and innovative activities of the Beifang automotive vocational education institution, with its capabilities demonstrated in practice.
