On February 11 of the current year, Gulistan State University hosted a seminar titled “Women Scientists in Uzbekistan: Achievements and Opportunities” within the framework of the scientific and practical events week “Science and Women: Towards a Sustainable Society.”

The event was dedicated to discussing the role of women in science, their achievements, and future перспектив opportunities. The seminar was opened by the Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation, D.D. Eshmurodov. During the seminar, professors, lecturers, and students delivered presentations on the scientific research, innovative ideas, and contributions of the university’s women scientists to societal development.

At the end of the event, a group of active women scientists and talented female students who distinguished themselves through their scientific work, инициативность, and exemplary service were awarded Letters of Appreciation from the university.
