On April 16, 2026, within the framework of “Thursday – Youth Day,” another “Leadership and Youth Meeting” was held. During the event, the Rector of Gulistan State University, M. Khodjiev, conducted an open and sincere dialogue with international students.

The event, organized under the slogan “Meeting of the Rector with International Students,” was actively attended not only by students from neighboring countries studying in various fields at the university, but also by Indian students studying at the Faculty of Medicine.

During the open dialogue, issues related to student living conditions, quality of education, and daily life were discussed. Students had the opportunity to directly present their questions, existing problems, and suggestions to the university leadership. Most of the issues raised were resolved on the spot, and specific instructions were given to responsible officials on several matters.

At the end of the meeting, international students expressed their sincere gratitude to the university leadership for the attention and care shown to them. This meeting contributed to strengthening openness, mutual trust, and cooperation
