The first meeting of the 2026/2027 academic year was held at Gulistan State University as part of the “Thursday — Youth Day” initiative. The meeting was attended by the Rector of Gulistan State University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Mukhsin Khodjiyev. He met with first-year students admitted on state-funded grants and, first of all, congratulated them on their achievement.

All vice-rectors of the university and faculty deans also took part in the meeting and shared their views and suggestions.

As part of the event, the Primary Organization of the Youth Union organized an “Omad Lotto” game. A group of students were rewarded by the university rector with premium cards for “Ibrat Farzandlari,” “Ustoz AI,” “UzChess,” and “Mutolaa.”

The meeting was held in a warm and sincere atmosphere.
