On September 28, 2026, a spiritual and educational event was held at Gulistan State University on the themes “Peace is the Greatest Blessing” and “Fight Ignorance with Enlightenment!”

The event was attended by E. Muminov, Head of the Department for Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment at GulSU, A. Djurayev and J. Kholigitov, representatives of the regional territorial department of the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as deputy deans, heads of departments, professors and teachers, tutors, and students.

The event focused particular attention on the value of peace and tranquility, protecting young people from the influence of various alien ideas, combating ignorance through enlightenment, and developing a healthy worldview among young people.

Students were also provided with the necessary information on preventing various negative phenomena, using the information space responsibly, and increasing vigilance.
