On October 8, 2026, as part of “Thursday — Youth Day”, a joyful and memorable event was held at Gulistan State University for young authors — the presentation of the book “GulDU Mushoirasi”.

The book was published on the initiative of the Rector of the University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor and Excellence in Higher Education Muxsin Khodjiyev.

The idea was born nearly seven months ago, on March 5, 2026, during a meeting with young people at the Information Resource Center. At that meeting, young people proposed publishing a book that would bring together poems and prose works by the university’s young creative authors.

The initiative soon turned into practical work. A competition was announced among young authors, and nearly 100 students submitted their creative works. Following the selection process, the best poems and stories by 23 authors were included in the collection.

Thus, the 245-page “GulDU Mushoirasi” came to life.

The book was published in 100 copies by “Ijod Nashr” publishing house in Tashkent, featuring a modern design. For the members of the university’s “Mushoira” Club, this is more than just a book — it is a valuable collection that brings together their creative pursuits, dreams and first literary steps.

It is noteworthy that the “Mushoira” Club has been active since 2025, contributing to the development and realization of young people’s creative potential. To date, works by club members have been published in more than 10 regional and national newspapers and magazines.
