On the second day of the forum, October 17, B2B meetings between higher education institutions were held, along with ceremonies for signing cooperation agreements.

As part of these meetings, Gulistan State University signed cooperation agreements with three leading Azerbaijani universities: Baku State University, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, and Baku Slavic University.

The signed agreements provide for cooperation in areas such as academic exchange for students and academic staff, implementation of joint educational programs and research projects, organization of joint conferences, seminars, and professional development activities, as well as the exchange of scientific publications and teaching and methodological expertise.

The agreements are expected to create new opportunities, particularly in teacher training, philology, and language teaching.
