Since the 2018-2019 academic year, the Gulistan state University has introduced an innovative approach to the management of academic groups. Now, a “head of the group” is canceled, and in place of this, the management of academic groups is engaged in the leaders of students: socially active and members of the youth Union of the University.

 This was discussed at a meeting with the rector of the University M. H. Tadjieva with leaders. At the meeting, the main tasks of the leaders in the organization of educational, spiritual and cultural Affairs at the University were said.

 The meeting was organized in the form of an open interview and was told the role of leaders in ensuring transparency and fairness in the process of inserting rating points at the end of the semester.

In an open meeting, the rector personally interviewed each leader, listening to their opinions and suggestions gave instructions to perform these tasks. The meeting was told, now every month will be organized such an opening interview which serve to improve the educational and spiritual and educational Affairs of the University.
