On August 17, 2018, the Republican final stage of the contest “the most active spiritual propagandist of the year”was held in Navoi region, Navoi city.

In this contest the Vice-rector for spiritual and educational work of the Gulistan state University, candidate of philosophical Sciences, associate Professor Ravshanbek Mamadov participated and became the winner in the direction of "the Most active spiritual promoter of the year". The winner was awarded with diplomas and gifts from the organizers of the competition.
