Resolution No. PQ-361 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 25, 2022 "On the wide celebration of the 1050th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker and encyclopedist Abu Raikhan Beruni at the international level" and the decision of the governor of the Syrdarya region dated August 13, 2022 in order to ensure the implementation of the decision No. 333-9-0-Q/22 of September, on October 5, 2022, round talks were organized in all faculties of Gulistan State University in connection with the 1050th anniversary of the birth of Abu Raikhan Beruni.

In these events, information about the life, work and scientific activity of the encyclopedist was presented, as well as it is planned to hold competitions among the students on the works of the great thinker.
