A preventive awareness event titled “Education Without Corruption – A Step Toward a Bright Future” was held at the Faculty of Digital Economy and Innovations of the university with the participation of students. U. Begimkulov, Chief Specialist of the Compliance Control System Department for Combating Corruption, Dean Sh. Mahmudov, and Deputy Dean J. Jumanov provided information on the ongoing reforms in the education sector aimed at preventing corruption, newly introduced changes, and adopted legal and regulatory documents. Students were reminded of the importance of adhering to the principles of transparency and openness during current, mid-term, and final assessments, participating in exams on time, and using all available means to ensure fair evaluation. It was also explained that violations related to corruption will be dealt with according to the law. During the event, students were also shown how to participate in the online training courses on the "Virtual Anti-Corruption Academy" electronic platform (https://virtual.proacademy.uz/home-university-about/) created by the Anti-Corruption Agency and the Academy of Law Enforcement.
