“No Place for Corruption in Education!”

Dear professors, teachers, and staff of Guliston State University!

Ensuring that the Final Assessments and Final State Attestation examinations conducted at our university at the end of the 2025–2026 academic year are organized at a high level, transparently, and fairly requires great responsibility from all of us.

In this regard, we urge you not to allow any form of corruption in the educational process, including bribery, illegal interests, favoritism, and other negative practices.

During the final assessments and attestation examinations, every professor, teacher, and staff member is responsible for:

  • evaluating students’ knowledge objectively and fairly;
  • strictly following established regulations and procedures;
  • avoiding the use of official duties for personal benefit;
  • ensuring openness and transparency in the educational process;
  • maintaining an uncompromising attitude toward any corruption-related situations.

Fighting corruption is not only a legal requirement, but also a great responsibility toward the quality of education, public trust, and the future of young people.

We call on all of you to carry out your activities based on the principles of honesty, integrity, fairness, and responsibility.

Respectfully,
