1. The Department of Scientific Research, Innovation and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel is a component of the university, and it is established by order of the rector of the university in coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation.
2. The Department of Scientific Research, Innovations and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel in its activities complies with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the Oliy Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other documents, decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, normative and legal documents, instructions, decisions of the university scientific council, orders of the head, as well as this Regulation.
3. Department of scientific research, innovation and scientific-pedagogical personnel training as a type of integration of science and education, training of personnel at the university, increasing the efficiency of educational and scientific-research work, using and approving the results of scientific-research, teachers and serves to coordinate their activities in order to organize training of scientific staff.
