In the higher education system, special attention is paid to issues of working conditions and labor protection. Creating the necessary conditions for the health of employees and their safe work is one of the priority areas of state policy.

At Gulistan State University, these issues are under constant supervision, and the primary trade union organization performs important tasks in this direction. In particular:

• Regular monitoring is carried out to improve working conditions and provide employees with comfortable and safe workplaces.

• Seminars, training sessions, and awareness programs on labor protection rules are organized to improve employees’ legal and practical knowledge.

• Special attention is paid to the provision of safety equipment and to preventing possible risks in production and service processes.

In addition, the university has established a system for collecting and analyzing information on accidents and occupational diseases that may occur during production and economic activities. For each case, prompt measures are taken, causes are studied, and preventive measures are developed to eliminate them.

As the chairman of the primary trade union organization, I would like to emphasize that the health, safety, and rights of workers are our greatest value. Therefore, the university will continue its work to create a comfortable working environment, prevent occupational diseases, and avoid accidents on a regular basis.
