The functions and activities of the department
The department of Job Recruitment service is a part of the university. The department of JRS is based on the Charter of the University, in accordance with the present Charter, its practical activities are implemented by the Uzbek Communication and Information Agency, the orders of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Working style have necessary skills and qualifications together with the administration of the university, applying the decisions on education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the National Program of Personnel Training, Presidential Decrees, Cabinet of Ministers education and upbringing providing professorial-teaching and staffing services that can be risky.
Personnel Division includes the following groups of working types:
- Work with the staff, teaching staff, administrative and service staff;
- Work with students and young professionals;
The department of Job Recruitment service:
- Supervising the determination and timing of recruitment, dismissal, change of position, competitiveness, certification of teaching staff;
- Supervising teaching staff and students to control employment, discipline and discipline in university law, including incentives, financial support, disciplinary action, Invitation to offer;
Co-ordination of university staffing with Finance and Budget Department;
- Contact with other higher education institutions;
- Attending bachelor, master and post graduate alumni to engage in university studies;
- Supervision of carrying out of the planned work of professor-teachers, employees, students in personal work, T-2 cards;
- To take control of teaching staff, employees, issuance of identity cards, certificates, and timely extension of certification;
- Supervision of graduating students on timely replenishment of diplomas and applications;
- Maintain a workbook and keep track of them properly;
- Accounting for adolescents aged 18;
- Tracking the transfer of pupils and retirees who have reached the age of retirement and the documentation and preparation of retirement pensions on social security departments;
- Statistical recording of all categories of teachers and staff at the University;
- Provide the Department of Employment and Social Protection of the population with information about quota and employee content per month;
- Control of employment contract in duplicate;
- Control over timely execution of orders on mobilization and rest to work abroad.
