Alisher Amirkulovich Musurmanov was born on September 1, 1975 in the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region.
In 1982-1992 he studied at school 61 of the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region.
In 1994-2000 he studied at the National University of Uzbekistan. He began his career as a teacher of chemistry and biology at school No. 61 of the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region.
In 2005, he began working as a teacher at the Department of Fundamentals of Agriculture at GulSU. Later he worked as a senior teacher and associate professor.
In 2017-2019, he was a doctoral student at the Research Institute of Soil Science and Agrochemical Research, in 2019 he received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in agricultural sciences, and in 2020 he received the title of associate professor.
In 2019, he worked as the head of the Department of Soil Science at GulSU, and in 2019-2021 he worked as an associate professor at the Department of Soil Science at GulSU.
In 2022-2023 he is a doctoral student (DSc) at the Department of Soil Science at GulSU. Since November 27, 2023, he has been working as the head of the department of Agro-soil science and land reclamation.
