The functions of the Department of Economic Affairs include:

-Realization of current and capital repair works at the regional center premises, provision of equipment for educational and laboratory rooms and auditorium premises;

-Control over the required level of equipment in the regional headquarters;

-Control over planned use of funds and household items, as well as fire safety measures in buildings and preparation of buildings for the autumn-winter season;

-Landscaping, landscaping and cleaning works of the territory of the regional center;

-Ensure compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements, occupational safety, engineering and fire safety regulations of the regional center;

-Setting up the listener audience by gender, upgrading knowledge, generating data bank, information, statistical tables and reporting to the Regional Center's management;

-Analyze the logistical support of the host population, make inquiries for the necessary materials and equipment on the basis of needs and requirements;

-Creating the necessary conditions for living, studying and resting of the audience.
