The Human Resources Department is directly subordinated to the Director of the Regional Center.

The staff of the department consists of:

Execute instructions and instructions of the Director of the Regional Center;

Creation of work plans of the department and ensuring its implementation;

Conducting and updating staff records of the personnel in the regional center;

control over timely use of employees' vacations, registration of relevant documents in the prescribed manner;

making suggestions to the Director of the Regional Center for Rewarding and Promoting Other Kinds of Employees who have set a particular example of work;

control over personnel discipline;

In accordance with the current legislation registration, recruitment and dismissal of employees into the Regional Center, as well as labor contracts concluded with them, and transfer to the archives in accordance with the established procedure and terms;

to create conditions for the employees to work and qualify, to organize their certification, and to ensure compliance with labor and internal procedures.

Keep strict adherence to legal provisions in the field of keeping and maintaining labor books belonging to the staff of the Regional Center.

The Human Resources Department may also have other functions under the law.
