On February 13, 2018, Gulistan State University hosted an academic literary conference titled "Come, O Babur Homeland, to remember and dignify" dedicated to the 535th anniversary of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur.

The conference was attended by the rector of the university professor R.Mahmudov, the dean of pedagogical faculty, the candidate of philological sciences M.Mamatkulov, the media representatives, professors and teachers and 534 students.

 Speaking at the conference, Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur was a prominent statesman and poet, a poet and scientist who played a prominent role in medieval Oriental culture, literature and poetry, with Babur's broad outlook and perfect intelligence, building the Baburid dynasty in India, in the history of the Uzbek writer, he was also one of the world's famous historians of the world, with his literary Uzbek-language novel Boburnoma, his beautiful, beautiful rubabies, Turk poetry The most famous pearls in the world are Mubayeen, Hatti Baburiy, Western Affairs, and Aruz's books about Islam, as well as poetry and poetry.

In the art part of the event, the students of the University demonstrated skillful performances by the Babur ghazals, such as "Bahar ayyomi", "Qaro zulfing", "Lola", "Sokiynomai savti kalon", Babur's gazelles and P. Kadyrov's "Stars of the Night".
