Deputy of the Syrdarya regional Kengash of People's Deputies, Deputy Chairman of the Kengash, Rector of the State University, Professor M. T. Khodzhiev, deputy of the Gulistan city Kengash of People's Deputies, Dean of the Socio-economic Faculty Z.Zikriyaev and deputy of the Gulistan city Kengash N. Khudoiberdieva held a visiting reception in 6 districts of the city of Gulistan on the problems facing young people in the "Youth Book". A total of 86 youth proposals were heard at the reception.

As a result of the meeting, 2 temporarily unemployed young people were admitted to the university, 3 young people were provided with a free tutor, and 1 disabled girl was assigned a visiting tutor to her home. At a meeting with specialists of Mikrokreditbank and Halyk Bank, the issue of a loan for 35 people was resolved. In order for 45 young people to organize their own business, every 3rd person was assigned a professor-teacher in the specialty of economics. Practical assistance is provided by these professors in the development of business projects for young people and, most importantly, in the targeted spending of allocated loans.
