The staff of the Faculty of Art Criticism of Gulistan State University is attached to the makhallas of the Saykhunabad region and is responsible for events on the principle “One intellectual - one spiritual sponsor of one makhalla”.

A team of professors and teachers of the Department of Music Education and Fine Arts and Engineering Graphics of the Faculty, under the guidance of the Dean of the Faculty, works with the "Youth Book" in the district makhallas.

As a topical topic, instructions were given to develop the creative abilities of youth, organize and revitalize the activities of reading and sports clubs.
