Dear applicants, dear parents! Our people have always been ignorant of science. It is no exaggeration to say that the great scholar of thirst for learning inherited it from our ancestors. That is why every year our dear children and their parents, who graduate from high school every year, dream of getting a higher education. Such an honorable goal can only be achieved through the study, acquisition of knowledge and careful preparation. There is no other way to acquire knowledge.

The center of reforms in the field of education carried out by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Mirziyoyev is to increase the intellectual potential of our youth, to improve the existing conditions for their education, to bring them up to world standards. This is evidenced by the fact that the work in this area will be carried out in a transparent manner, with comprehensive reforms in the higher education system, simplifying the process of selection for higher education.

Today, along with the sharp increase in the coverage of higher education in our country, new universities are being established, the number of which is growing every year. At a time when our state is carrying out such huge reforms, there are still a few cases of attempts to obtain higher education through dirty, dirty ways and means, which are still flaws of the old system. is blurred.

At this important historical juncture, I consider it my civic duty to once again address the saints-applicants and their parents. My dear friend, my sons and daughters! In today's higher education system, the stages of the entrance exam are very different from yesterday. All that is required of our dear and courageous young people, who dream of becoming students now, is knowledge and thorough preparation. Therefore, it is impossible to achieve this goal through various illegal means. I beg you, dear ones, not to fall into the trap of all kinds of deceivers and unscrupulous people.
