Based on the letter of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 01-10/6536, starting from this year, it is established that persons with a national or international certificate of the corresponding level will participate in competitions for post-higher education specialties. According to it, for applicants who want to enter higher education (with the exception of applicants with a national or equivalent international certificate), special foreign language proficiency exams will be organized by the State Testing Center. In this regard, for 2023, the exam held on November 15, 2022 in the field of foreign language for post-higher education specialties of Gulistan State University will be canceled.
