On April 25, 2023, Merzon Elena Yefimovna, director of Elabuga Institute of Kazan Federal University, visited Gulistan State University. The guest was welcomed by university rector M. Khodzhiyev and vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations Z. Zikriyayev.
