About the right to appeal to economic courts and the form of appeal
In accordance with Article 3 of the Code of Economic Procedure of the Republic of Uzbekistan, any interested person has the right to apply to the economic court (court) in accordance with the procedure established by this Code in order to protect his violated or disputed rights or interests protected by law.
In this case, an interested party should be understood as a person applying for the protection of his/her violated or contested rights and legal interests (a claimant, a defendant in a counterclaim, an applicant, a third party making independent claims against the subject of the dispute).
Other persons have the right to apply to the court in the cases stipulated by the legislation.
Waiver of right to sue is void.
Appeal to court:
on disputes arising from civil legal relations - in the form of a claim;
proceedings in order of order, in special categories of cases and in other cases provided for by this Code - in the form of an application;
it is carried out in the form of a complaint (protest) when addressing the courts of appeal and cassation instance, as well as in the cases provided for by this Code and other laws.
The application and the documents attached to it can be sent to the court in the form of electronic documents.
