On December 22, 2023, the Rector of Gulistan State University M. T. Khodzhiyev held a meeting "Rector and youth" in order to address issues, proposals and appeals of interest to students and young people at the University Palace of Culture.

In the open dialogue organized within the framework of the youth forum, information was given on the work carried out in order to improve the quality of education at the university, to create a comfortable scientific and innovative environment for students, and to meaningfully organize their free time. Also, at the meeting, proposals and appeals were made by students studying in different fields of study, and relevant tasks were determined.
